WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT?
Wakaan Music Festival is strictly 18+.
ARE TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE GATE?
If the festival has not sold out in advance, tickets will be available for sale at the gate.
Save money by buying passes in advance! BUY TICKETS HERE
ARE DAY PASSES AVAILABLE?
Single-Day passes will not be available.
WILL TICKETS INCREASE IN PRICE?
Yes, tickets will be sold at various price tiers and get more expensive as it gets closer to the event. Buying early will save you the most money!
WHAT IF MY TICKET DOESN’T ARRIVE IN TIME FOR THE FESTIVAL?
If you purchased your tickets online you should have received an email from Seetickets with your print-at-home PDF ticket. If you did not receive your ticket, contact us at festivalinfo@wakaan.com.
Volunteers, Sponsors, Media Passes, Artist Passes, Crew, Staff, Vendors, Merchants, and Backstage passes will be picked up at the Media/Artist Check-in.
Artist Plus 1’s can only be picked up by the Artist at the Media/Artist Check-in and handed to their guests if they are not emailed ahead of time.
CAN I BUY A TICKET FROM A 3RD PARTY?
We don’t encourage or facilitate the resale of our tickets. Please exercise caution when buying or selling tickets. We cannot guarantee the legitimacy of wristbands purchased from a third party.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY WRISTBANDS?
If you purchased your tickets online you should have received an email from Seetickets with your print-at-home PDF ticket. If you did not receive your ticket, contact us at festivalinfo@wakaan.com. You will scan your print at home PDF tickets at the gate to exchange it for your wristbands.

WRISTBAND INFORMATION
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES.
Do not buy tickets from third-party ticketing sites. If you purchase a counterfeit ticket, you will be denied entry without refund. You will exchange your ticket for the appropriate wristbands at the gate.
Wristbands must be worn for entry into the festival and at all times inside the festival. Wristbands must be worn securely on your wrist so that it cannot be slipped on and off. Wristbands are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-replaceable.
Do not remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry. The festival takes place rain or shine. There are absolutely no exceptions to this wristband policy.
