Buying Tickets
WHAT TICKET TYPES SHOULD I BUY?
FESTIVAL PASS – all attendees must have either a GA, VIP Silver or VIP Gold pass to enter the festival.
CAR PASS – if you are driving a car, you need a car pass.
RV PASS – if you are driving / bringing an RV, you need to purchase a Primitive RV pass OR Upgraded Power & Water RV Pass (Not Both).
EARLY ARRIVAL/PRE-PARTY – if you’d like to start you festival experience a day early and attend the pre party, an early arrival pass must be purchased in addition to your festival pass
ADD-ONS – various add-ons are available to enhance your Wakaan experience such as glamping, premium camping & shading camping.
DOES MY FESTIVAL TICKET INCLUDE CAMPING?
Yes, all festival passes (GA & VIP) include general camping next to your vehicle (car pass required if driving a vehicle). Various camping upgrades are also available such as Shaded camping, Premium camping, Glamping and RV camping.
DO I NEED A CAR PASS?
EVERY car that comes on to Mulberry Mountain will need a car pass for 2024. The only exception is for those who are in an RV/Trailer and have their RV pass.
ARE THERE PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes payment plans are available on the official ticketing page.
PAYMENT PLAN INFO
- Payment plans are available for ALL Types of Tickets and lodging packages.
- To purchase, you will need to put down 25% deposit of ENTIRE checkout + fees to secure.
- You will then have another 3 additional payments split evenly for the remaining balance on April 1, May 1, and June 3.
- Please click the ‘Payment Plan Option’ under MORE INFO under each Ticket Type / Camping Option, select and then check out.
ARE DAY PASSES AVAILABLE?
Single-Day passes will not be available.
ARE TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE GATE?
If the festival has not sold out in advance, tickets will be available for sale at the Box Office accepting only Credit Card Payment Method.
Save money by buying passes in advance!
WILL TICKETS INCREASE IN PRICE?
Yes, tickets will be sold at various price tiers and get more expensive as it gets closer to the event. Buying early will save you the most money!
WHAT IF MY TICKET DOESN’T ARRIVE IN TIME FOR THE FESTIVAL?
If you purchased your tickets online you should have received an email from Seetickets with your print-at-home PDF ticket. If you did not receive your ticket, contact us at festivalinfo@wakaan.com.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY WRISTBANDS?
If you purchased your tickets online you should have received an email from Seetickets with your print-at-home PDF ticket. If you did not receive your ticket, contact us at festivalinfo@wakaan.com. You will scan your print at home PDF tickets at the gate to exchange it for your wristbands.
CAN I BUY A TICKET FROM A 3RD PARTY?
We don’t encourage or facilitate the resale of our tickets. Please exercise caution when buying or selling tickets. We cannot guarantee the legitimacy of wristbands purchased from a third party.

CAN UPGRADE MY GA TO VIP SILVER OR VIP GOLD?
At this time, VIP upgrades are not available. Purchase these ticket types in advance!

SILVER Perks Include: Entry to the festival + L.E.VIP Pin, L.E. Coin, L.E. Poster + VIP Bathrooms (Venue) & Showers (Campground) & VIP Express Bar Lane and Early Entry to Main Stage Everyday.
WHAT DOES VIP GOLD INCLUDE?
GOLD Perks Include: Entry to the festival + early arrival pre party pass, L.E. Gold Jersey (Jersey Options: Hockey, Baseball, Basketball, Football, Crop Football), L.E. GOLD Pashmina, L.E. Gold Coin, L.E. Pin, WAKAAN Earplugs, Gold Poster, VIP Bar Express Lane, All Gold Everything Party (2 Free Drinks + some prizes) VIP Bathrooms (Venue), VIP Showers (Campground), Early Entry to Main Stage Everyday and a Raised Private VIP Viewing Area.
ARE TICKET(S) REFUNDABLE?
No, all ticket sales are final and the festival is a rain or shine event.
IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?
Yes, this festival is strictly 18+.
WRISTBAND INFORMATION
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES.
Do not buy tickets from third-party ticketing sites. If you purchase a counterfeit ticket, you will be denied entry without refund. You will exchange your ticket for the appropriate wristbands at the gate.
Wristbands must be worn for entry into the festival and at all times inside the festival. Wristbands must be worn securely on your wrist so that it cannot be slipped on and off. Wristbands are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-replaceable.
Do not remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry. The festival takes place rain or shine. There are absolutely no exceptions to this wristband policy.
